Reflex Syncope

Vasovagal Syncope

Vasovagal syncope occurs when you faint because your body overreacts to certain triggers, such as the sight of blood or extreme emotional distress. The vasovagal syncope trigger causes heart rate and blood pressure to drop suddenly.
