Honey & Soy Stir Fry
600g Chicken Thigh
200g (1 Packet) Passage to Asia Honey & Soy Stir Fry Sauce
150g Red Capsicum
150g Green Beans
225g (1 Can) Baby Corn Spears
5g Sesame Seeds
250g Basmati Rice (weighed raw)
1. Add rice to rice cooker and cook.
2. On a non-stick fry pan, cook diced chicken until sealed.
3. Add vegetables and cashews to pan, and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add stir fry sauce and cook for a further 3-5 minutes.
5. Divide rice and stir fry evenly amongst 5 containers.
6. Enjoy! 🤤
