Depending on your age, health and the type of low blood pressure you have, you can do this in several ways: 1-If the cause of low blood pressure is a medication, treatment usually involves changing or stopping the medication or lowering the dose. 2-Use more salt. 3-Drink more water. 4-Wear compression stockings. 5-Medications that can boost your blood volume. 6-Intravenous fluids or vasopressors, which are medications that help raise blood pressure.
