Cervical Polyps

Cervical polyps are areas of growth that appear on the cervical folds. They are commonly found in women during their reproductive age. Most cervical polyps are not symptomatic and are often discovered incidentally.

Polyps are easily diagnosed by your doctor during a routine pelvic exam.

  • The main treatment of cervical polyps is to have them removed. This is usually a simple procedure done in your doctor's office.
