  • If you have an iOS or an Android smartphone, you can use the Avey app, but you can also find the Avey website using your browser.

  • Is my session with the doctor recorded?
  • When you choose to book a virtual session with your doctor, the video streaming session will be done through the Avey app but the content will not be recorded.

  • I want to report a content that does not respect the guidlines of the Hub

  • How can I use the application?
    • Click on the “Hub” tab and engage with communities.

    • Click on the “Care” tab to book an appointment with a doctor.

    • Check your notifications in the “Notifications” tab.

    • Edit your information by clicking on the “Profile” tab.

  • Can I follow a friend on Avey?
  • Yes, you can search for your friends who are using Avey and follow them. To find your friend, type the name in the general search tab.

  • How can I join a community in the Hub?
  • To choose your community, go to the Hub and click on explore, you will find all the communities we have on Avey and you can easily join them by clicking on the “Join” button. You can also type the name of the community you are looking for in the general search tab and click on the “Join” button next to the community you chose.

  • How can I create a thread?
  • To create a thread, scroll down in the Hub page, and you will find a section called “Threads for you”, click on the “Post a thread” button and write what you want to share in your thread. Once you post, the thread is created.

  • How do I post a comment?
  • To post a comment, click on the thread, write your comment in the writing space and click on Post.

  • How do I book an appointment with a doctor?
  • To book your appointment, follow these steps:

    • Go to the Care page and select book now

    • Choose the type of appointment you want (physical or virtual)

    • Choose the specialty you are looking for, or research the name of you doctor

    • Select your doctor and click on schedule to choose the convenient time to meet him/her

  • How do I get a heath assesment on Avey?
  • To get assessed by Avey, click on the Check button and click on start. Write your symptoms and click on next, answer Avey’s questions and wait for your health assessment.

  • Can I order prescribed medicines?
  • For the moment it’s not possible, but we are working on this option to be available on the app in the future.

  • How can I customize my profile?
  • Click on Profile, you can find the users under the members section, choose the profile of the user you want. You can then click on edit profile to change the profile picture, the bio, and control your visibility in the communities you joined.

  • What can I look for in Avey?
  • You can look for hospitals, clinics, doctors, specialists, symptoms, diseases, threads, and communities. Type your keywords in the general search tab and check the results to get what you are looking for.

  • What languages can I find on Avey?
  • Avey is available in the English language for the moment, we will be adding other languages in the future.
