The most delicious cream soup
Let me share a recipe with you! Start by dicing some pumpkins and baking them until they are well cooked and bland. Once that is ready, chop some onions and throw them into a pan with some oil. Let them become transparent and add the pumpkins, stir for a few minutes to integrate the flavours. Add water (at room temperature) but just to cover these veggies so as not to get an entirely liquid soup. I personally spice up with parsley or oregano, as well as dehydrated garlic and paprika. Once the water is hot you will see it has changed in color, blending with the other ingredients. Turn off the fire and blend it! It will result in a soft, flavorful and creamy soup, ideal for cold days. Serve with a sip of cream and cheese for an extra surprise taste, or croutons for a crispy feeling while eating.
