Supplements can certainly help you and we advise you take some such as (protein powder, creatine, etc) but they are totally nonessential. You should focus on diet, exercise and recovery first! 3. Many say that cardio is killing your gains but this is totally not true. Although cardio burns more calories it has no negative impact on gaining muscle mass. Actually it can help you build muscle you don’t over do it.
