Different exposure effects
Estrogen is a necessary hormone for both men and women. Estrogen helps to maintain a healthy reproductive system, brain function, appetite control and even helps improve insulin levels. However, exposure to: • Medications & Birth Control • Plastics • Heavy Metals (tap water) • Chemicals • Hormones (in food) …. is leading to many people being very estrogen dominant nowadays. Plus, the things that are put ON the body, such as lotions, perfume, makeup, deodorant, shampoos and soap, as well as the chemicals AROUND us (air fresheners, scented candles, laundry detergent, vinyl flooring, toilet bowl/household cleaners with strong scents, ect.) … all increase the amount of toxins entering the body.

Are you listening to the things your body telling
Are you listening to the things your body is telling you? I know a lot of these things are common, but we have to stop accepting these symptoms as inevitable parts of our menstrual cycle. 🙅🏼‍♀️ Every symptom is a way for your body to communicate something to you. 🩸Irregular periods? Maybe your progesterone is low 💇🏼‍♀️Hair loss? Could be high testosterone 😵‍💫Waking up consistently in the middle of the night? Those adrenals need support!
