Your energy⚡️is valuable mama!
What we give our time to can give us back positive gain or take from us. As moms we tend to give from our hearts with no desired return. We donate time, create tasks, and help others. Often this leaves us depleted. I know I struggle with this. Sometimes I even struggle to just sit and be still while my kids play. I feel so guilty. As if I “should” be doing something else. But what if we gave ourselves permission to put our energy ⚡️into things that help us grow 🌱and thrive. Such as reading, walking, learning, being creative, and flourishing self-growth whatever that looks like for you. What’s an area in your life you’d like to spend more time doing in 2023? I’ll go first nourishing my mind 📚by dedicating more time to reading & journaling.
