Saw a doctor, been on a nutrition and exercise plan since. Just wanted to update y'all obesity is not the end all be all. You can be healthier!

Healthy food is tasty and filling!
I'm so tired of people saying you have to starve yourself or to forget all kinds of tasty meals. That's just simply not true. There are so many different high volume low calorie foods out there. You just need to know what to look out for and how to treat yourself! Go for high fibers, low fats, sugar free options. Such an easy and quick hack usually!

What do you REALLY want for your health?
What do you REALLY want for your health? Your answer to this question clarifies the path that you need to take. Whether it’s easy or hard, it doesn’t matter. If you want to be healthier, you must behave and eat like a healthy person. There will be many obstacles along the way, but is there anything worth having in life that comes easy? If you start making excuses, you don’t REALLY want it, or you want something else more than your health. I don’t downplay the stronghold of food addiction, which tends to be sugar and refined carbs in general, the root of many health issues. The drug you seek, sugar, is addictive and destructive of your health. Quitting it will feel a million times better than the temporary mental reward that you get after consuming it. I hope you don’t stand in your own way. Nothing else can stop you.

You can do this !!!
Chronic metabolic diseases are becoming more common than healthy people if you look closely enough. Obesity, high blood pressure, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes and/or fatty liver disease affect millions of people and keeps getting worse. They are not really separate diseases. They share the same root cause. They are all different manifestations of the same conditions, branches of the same tree. Hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance are at the root of it all. What is the cause of hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance? Your FOOD, primarily junk food and food rich in sugar, high fructose corn syrup, simple carbs, refined starches and seed oils. Cutting out salt to improve your blood pressure is a wasted effort and will leave feeling lousy. Cutting out fat to address diabetes and fatty liver is also a wasted effort. Focusing on reducing fat only to lose weight will also fail for most people. Your goal is to reduce insulin and reverse insulin resistance and that is done by removing the culprit food: SUGAR and most refined and processed carbs. In return focus on eating whole food rich in protein and natural healthy fats. You can do this!
