✨HONEY & SWEET CHILLI STEAK SALAD✨ The most delicious salad ever 😍 steak could’ve been done a little less longer but it was still tasted perfect 🙌🏻 • sirloin steak, fat removed • handful colourful tomatoes, chopped • 1/2 white onion, chopped • handful coriander, chopped • juice of 1 lime • peppers, chopped • salad leaves (chard, lettuce etc.) • 130g sticky rice (1/2 syn) i mix the onion, tomatoes, lime juice & coriander together 🌿 Dressing: • 1 tbsp honey (2 syns) • 1 tbsp reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce (1 syn) 3.5 syns for this beauty in a bowl 🤍

Chicken Lasagna 😋 If you wish, you can also choose minced meat, but you must try it this way for once, it is very delicious 😉 Materials 1 pack of chicken breast 1 box of lasagna pasta 1 large onion 1 capsicum pepper 3 green peppers 2 cloves of garlic 1 tomato Red powdered pepper Black pepper paprika Salt (You can adjust according to your taste) For the bechamel sauce; 2 spoonful butter 2 tablespoons of oil 4 tablespoons of flour 5 cups of milk Salt Black pepper Over; Grated cheddar cheese Onions and peppers are cut into small pieces and fried in oil until soft. Add small chopped chicken breast and fry until it turns white. Tomatoes and spices are added and frying is continued on low heat. A tablespoon of tomato paste is also added. After roasting the tomato paste, a glass of hot water is added. After cooking for two minutes, the stove is turned off. For the bechamel sauce, oil and butter are melted in a saucepan, flour is added, and it is roasted on low heat for 2 minutes, milk is added and cooked until it boils and thickens. Salt and pepper are added and the bottom is turned off. The bottom of the pyrex is lubricated with oil and a little bit of bechamel sauce is added, the chicken mortar is added and the lasagna is lined up, some of the chicken mortar is spread on it, the bechamel sauce is drizzled again and the lasagna is laid out again, and the ingredients are stacked in this way until the ingredients are finished. We pour the last remaining bechamel sauce on the lasagna and spread it all over. Add grated cheddar cheese and cook at 180° until the cheddar melts and turns brown.

Stuffed peppers 🫑
Here is my favorite Turkish food Stuffing: 1 onion 5 garlic pulps Roast in medium heat with 3 tbsp of oil and Add 2 tbsp of tomato paste 1 tbsp soy sauce Half cup of rice half cup of soy mince Lots of spices cumin curcumin salt black pepper red pepper oregone add 500 ml of water and let it simmer for a short time. Make sure that it is half cooked not fully because they will continue to cook inside of peppers, too. Roast for 1 hour

Mocktails!!
For me, summer means drinking cool drinks all the time 🧉 this one is my favorite because of the color. Recipe: 2 full tbsp red berries ice cream, Half lemon juice Half orange juice 100 ml Sparkling water 7 cubes of ice It takes it is sweet and tangy flavor from fruits and leaves you fresh for a loonng time!!
