Other than my firm belief that all the respect you put into the world, the kindness and the good you put out there coming back to you always, being kind is medically good for you. This is your reminder today to be kind and positive to yourself and others. It has been scientifically proven that it raises both serotonin and dopamine, which make you feel satisfied and rewarded.
