Do you feel stressed and you feel like no one cares around you ?
Here's some 3 tips and advice on how to avoid stress and over thinking based on my experience. :)
1.Don't forget to Pray to God, talk to him to ease the pain in your heart, it's okay to pause and cry sometimes cry all the pain in your heart to God then the next day surely you will feel better.
2. It's not bad to be alone sometimes, because sometimes you need to be alone in able for you to have a peaceful mind.
3. Be confident,if you find yourself hardly to communicate with other people, breathe and think positive and make your own life happy and contended in your simple life. ❤
