I have friend we live in same neighborhood. I have noticed that she have two different mood idk how to define it like in her house she is ignorant, introvert (she is also extrovert) , she's also yelling fighting with her mom with little things but when she's is at school or with friends she's the sweetest girl and always simling!!
We're all humans and a lot of the times we go through feelings. Sometimes we're happy, sometimes sad, lonely, angry, worried, at peace, etc.
These feelings come and go, and even though it may be hard rn for you doesnt mean you have depression. Sometimes our lives are about understanding why we feel certain ways and how to make it better. Self diagnosing is not the way!
There are some days where you just don’t have as much to give as you usually do.
I learned this quickly when I was diagnosed with depression.
My tank was constantly depleted, and sometimes I could only give a fraction of what I was capable of.
on the days where you can’t give your usual amount, but you give everything you have, that is still giving your all.
That is giving 100%.
