Trust the process.
Sometimes we are filled with stress beyond measure and it continues to eat away at us from inside. The more we worry about it. The more it is going to keep us stressed. Do everything you have in your control, leave the rest to handle itself away

Sleep quality
Do you know that a good sleep can be beneficial for stress management? According to recent research, good sleep means healthy body and good mood. When we are sleep deprived, we tend to have headaches and migraine and it directly affects our daily life. So an average adult man should sleep 8 hours and for women it is between 8-10 hours because of our hormonal differences. If you are not sleeping good, you will not be waking up in a good mood.
