How to overcome?
When I feel angry or even stressed, I start to pull my eyebrows or eyelashes, which is affecting my appearance, how can I overcome this?

Anger is healthy
Anger is healthy and a NORMAL response to threat. Suppressing anger is an adaptation in childhood and an unconscious choice to being directly or indirectly given the message that expressing anger will get you rejected from the family system, in the form of exclusion, neglect or punishment (shamed, basically). Reflexively we give up our anger, we give up our authenticity, for the sake of attachment/acceptance/fitting in. The means of repressing anger so you don’t even feel it takes so much ENERGY and plays a MAJOR ROLE in developing and fuelling PCOS. Take note! The energy that would usually go towards healing and repair, instead goes towards this suppression. Family/Society might require us to live from the neck up and override our survival instincts but you best believe we are ANIMALS from the neck down. We have PRIMAL urges, sounds and movements that NEED to come up and out, to complete the response. This is health. This real and true healing. Trying to ‘meditate’ your way out of anger to ‘calm down’ is like trying to respond to a lion next to you by sitting down. It’s not going to cut it and will only add 🔥 to that inner volcano waiting to erupt. 🌋 Having a healthy aggression self-practice is VITAL to regulating the nervous system, healing health and experiencing what it means to be human. I LOVE practicing and teaching this! It changed my relationship to myself and with others. Can you resonate??
