What does anger feel like
Like everyone feels angry at some point in their lives, but how does it feel when it's an actual issue? What goes on in your mind during a raging fit for example?

Sports minimized my anger
One of the ways that minimized my anger and made more peaceful was doing sports or exercises like pilatus, I advise all to try that

Nothing wrong with therapy
We are all on this community because we have been a part of anger outbursts in some way. Caused it, seen it, bore its consequences. We have been witnesses to it and what it can do. We can all take a step and learn to be better in therapy!
