Like everyone feels angry at some point in their lives, but how does it feel when it's an actual issue? What goes on in your mind during a raging fit for example?
You can be perfectly fine for stretches of months upon months, but during periods of hardships, stress can build up and it can help make you lose control much faster than you're used to. Make sure that you can manage your temper at all times
Here is mine: I have become much better at rationalizing everything first and developing a regimen of quickly changing my environment if I get angry such that I dont give myself time to let the anger snowball
We are all on this community because we have been a part of anger outbursts in some way. Caused it, seen it, bore its consequences. We have been witnesses to it and what it can do. We can all take a step and learn to be better in therapy!
