Yoga to manage stress
I was skeptical about how yoga will help me defeat my worries but somehow it did. Yoga, teaches us how to be in the moment, living through the pain. While shaking your body, your evil thoughts also leaves your body. Even if we dont realize, our traumas are hold within our body. When doing yoga, we help our mind to release our pain. I strongly advise you to try it if you are dealing with anxiety it truly helps
