If you have hypertension, don’t accept it .Do this
Primary Hypertension (meaning high blood pressure of unknown cause) is the most common diagnosis in outpatient clinics and also the most dismissed by people. It’s mostly asymptomatic and can be controlled with pills, so nobody bothers to get to the root of it to find out what’s happening. Young adults in theirs 20s and 30s are now on blood pressure pills. It’s crazy to think that 1 in 2 people have high blood pressure and the majority of them are on some pill for it.
Hypertension is another symptom of poor metabolic health. Something ain’t right “under the hood” and is manifesting as elevated blood pressure.
What is wrong is poor metabolic health (insulin resistance) that is causing it and also causing weight gain, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, cardiovascular diseases, etc.
Treating your blood pressure with medications, while necessary in the short term, is not fixing anything. You have to fix your diet, otherwise the problem will get worse and you end up with more medications, develop other medical conditions and start even more medications.
I have a slit under my small toe on my left foot. Then at the edge of my lips where my up and lower lips join are also two slit that are painful when I open my mouth. Three days back I noticed something like five small blisters in my mouth and the tip of my tongue was not feeling OK. Could this be related? What could this be. And how an I heal it please?
