5 garlic pulps
Roast in medium heat with 3 tbsp of oil and Add
2 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
Half cup of rice half cup of soy mince
Lots of spices cumin curcumin salt black pepper red pepper oregone add 500 ml of water and let it simmer for a short time. Make sure that it is half cooked not fully because they will continue to cook inside of peppers, too.
Roast for 1 hour

100 ml Sparkling water

1 grilled chicken breast cubed
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
Grilled asparagus or broccolini (optional)
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
Fresh mozzarella cheese or Parmesan cheese
Mix together the pasta and pesto, then fold in the tomatoes, mozzarella, arugula, pine nuts and the asparagus. Adjust the seasoning and enjoy.
