So around 7 month ago I went to doc and he told me that I have first stage of flat feet, they don't hurt when I exercise or so, they don't bother me in any way BUT I do not wish them to go any further than first stage. Any ideas on how do I get it done by myself, without any special shoes/surgical help?
5 days ago I had a fever, not very high but enough to make me lie in the bed for the whole day. I tried to sleep but it was impossible. I took a lukewarm shower and it helped little bit. I had a restless night and the day after, I dressed over and over and put two blanket on. When I sweat, without letting it dry on my body I took a shower and it really helped I felt great. But it has been 3 days and my headache never faded. So right now I am at the nearest hospital, got some checkes done and waiting for my result. I hope nothing will happen

I used to never get panic attacks but few months ago i lost my father due to which i started to get death anxiety . I would fear the thought of death . Two weeks ago i was so summerged in thinking Abt death that i felt very light headed . I felt dizzy . My throat became dry and my hands started to shiver as well as get that tingling feeling. My heart was pounding . I felt so scared . Later i learnt that is very likely it was a panic attack . After that first encounter , it has become a quite frequent occurance . I am now constantly worried of ti happening again . Will this get better with time ?
