Dairy milk is amazing!
No seriously, comparing it to things like oat milk, almond milk, or soy milk. It would usually have a naturally-occuring larger number of proteins and other vitamins. If you choose not to drink for environmental/dietary reasons that is a different story. But cow milk is king!
