If you want to be healthy, you have to stop lying to yourself every day and start making better choices. Or, just admit you don’t want to make changes and that you’re fine feeling sick all the time. Just don’t complain about it. Either be happily sick, or do something about it. Whining and complaining without action will get you nowhere. Eating healthy is not complicated once you make up your mind: - pick a source of protein and fat - pick any veggies and/or low sugar fruit if you want. Eat enough to be full. Don’t eat again until you get hungry again. Use Google or Pinterest for millions of simple recipes. Drop your excuses (good or bad), and figure out a way to make it work. If your life and kids’ lives depend on it, you would do it in a heartbeat and suddenly you find time.

Take my word for it If you feel down and you really absolutely despise the idea of putting a workout in, you just wanna stay lazy and comfy, that's exactly when you need to workout. You instantly feel better. This is one of the most underrated feel good tips at all!
