Mandarin is a great fruit with lots of benefits and serving it to your little one can help with strengthening his/her immune system.
Mandarins contain Vitamins A, B, and a high level of Vitamin C, which is great for preventing infection and supporting skin health. Also Vitamin C works to stop colds and keeps the immune system functioning properly keeping nasty bugs away.
My baby is loving mandarins these days so peeling mandarins everyday can be a little bit annoying🫤 so here’s how I do it.
How to serve:
All it takes is to cut the mandarin in half, and then push the smaller pieces of mandarins out of the peel.
